How we handle complaints

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. If a privacy complaint isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you own a website

If you believe someone used Lumi Scraper on your site in a way our Terms of Use don't allow, write to us with the details. Lumi Scraper runs on its users' own computers, so we can't see their jobs, but we take every report seriously.
